- Open this webpage: http://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
- Sign into Steam (if you're not already logged in).
- Enter a domain into the "Domain Name" field (it can by anything such as http://google.com).
- Read the Steam Web API Terms of Use.
- Click the checkmark box found before "I agree to the Steam Web API Terms of Use" (if you do agree).
- Click the "Register" button.
Your API/Authkey will be found on the next page.
